Affordable Degrees at Scale: What Does it Really Take?

How is Georgia Tech offering three online master’s degrees for under $10,000 to thousands of students? Attend this workshop for an inside look at how they approached the planning, development, and delivery of online degrees at scale. Leaders from Georgia Tech will take participants through a series of interactive sessions around how and why they decided to go down this path, options for financial models and partnerships, considerations for design/quality/teaching at scale, and when to build vs. buy/collaborate. Throughout the sessions participants will work through a framework for planning and implementation, and leave with an action plan for their own initiatives.

Campuses are encouraged to send cross-functional teams responsible for scaling online programs.

Participants should bring their laptops to participate in workshop activities.
